Orders are processed within 7-10 business days before shipment. We will send an email confirmation when your order has shipped with tracking information.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Once we provide a tracking number, your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier. The shipping timeframe depends on your location and the carrier's delivery times.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to inquire about any delays. We are unable to expedite or influence the shipping process once it leaves our facility.
If you have any issues with shipping, damage, or loss - do not contact us. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier as they are responsible for delivery and rectifying any shipping problems. We cannot assist with shipping claims, exchanges, or refunds related to delivery issues.
